Sorry if this has previously been answered but after an extensive search I can’t find it.

I currently use the following settings:

In Admin – Prices are input excluding VAT (to make it easier to change if the Govt choose to change VAT again) – with the box checked to advise that the goods are taxable.

On the Web – Prices are shown including VAT

I want to export my products to Google Base including VAT – at the moment it is sending the price excluding VAT and as such is giving the customer a false impression of the price…

I read somewhere that someone had to ‘hack’ the core files – but I’m not sure how to do this or even if this is required.
