magento-Problème d’Install avec magento 1.4.1.0

j’ai des soucis pour l’installation de Magento 1.4.1.0 avec WampServer 2.0. Je dispose de Apache 2.2.11, php en 5.3.0, et mySQl en 5.1.36.
J’arrive pas à accéder au create Admin Account!!
Sous Safari, voici le message d’erreur “Trop de redirections sont survenues en tentant d’ouvrir « http://localhost/magento/index.php/install/ ». Ceci peut se produire lorsque vous ouvrez une page qui est redirigée vers une autre page laquelle se redirige à son tour vers la page originale.”.
Sous firefox, voici le message d’erreurs : “Firefox a détecté que le serveur redirige la demande pour cette adresse d’une manière qui n’aboutira pas.La cause de ce problème peut être la désactivation ou le refus des cookies.”
Alors que tous mes cookies sont activés.
Sous IE, je reste bloquer sur la page “Configuration”

Mgento-Error after successful installation of 1.4

I installed version 1.4 “successfully” on my server. Means, I got to the point “You’re All Set!” with two links. One to the front-end, one to the back-end.
But, when trying to open front or back-end I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function extend() on a non-object in /srv/www/web0/html/app/code/core/Mage/Core/Model/Mysql4/Config.php on line 115
Can anybody help me? I really do not know what I can try.
I tested magento 1.3 some month ago and it worked. When I opened it after month I got the first Magnto page, but 404 errors at every further click. It was only a test install, so I deleted it completely (also database) and installed fresh 1.4

Je suis arrivé au bout de ma configuration de Magento. Je peux accéder à mon frontend et mon backend. Mais j’ai un problème pour me logger avec mon User name/password. Je lui rentre le bon log/pass et il ne se passe rien. Lorsque je leui rentre un mauvais log/pass, il me retourne “Invalid username or Password”. c

I organized my csv file to upload my products onto the magento. Products are there but the pics didnt. I uploaded the pics to my media folder aswell, but cant find away to find them on magento. Can someone please give me a step by step way to upload my photos along with the products. I’m dealing with over 10,000 products and uploading them one by one is insane!! I’m new to this but i do learn fast, i got this far. Thanks alot to who helps out with this problem.

Mgento-White field at carousel in admin area

I have installed this carousel pluginhttp://www.magentocommerce.com/magento-connect/EcommerceTeam/extension/3864/products_carousel
Now when i click on the plugin in the admin area i get a white field at the right side of the admin panel.
So i cannot change the settings. They are not visible. (see attachment)Anyone an idea how to solve this?

Install seemed to go great. Admin working great. I test being a customer and I can’t create and account. I fill out all the info and it just goes nowhere at all. I disabled validating sessions. I also disabled the use HTTP only that I read about. I’m not sure what else to do. It’s probably something simple, I just can’t find anything here about what. I’m hosted on dreamhost, and they don’t use anything “localhost” so I don’t think those issues apply. I also enabled url rewrites. Could someone help or point me in the right direction? Thank you so much in advance! This is my first time working with magento so I’m learning a lot. Possibly there is something I am missing in the system>configuration area?

Mgento-Product image position issues

I have problem with the position of the main product image box. I have edited the styles.css in my template folder as well as the defualt folder, but some product images appear what i want them and other product images sit lower on the product page. It’s almost a guessing game as to which one looks properly. Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a magentoshop which I want to modify, I have succeed to download the front site with software called Kompozer; afterwards iv manged to change the html files that needed changes. But when even I try to upload the modified site nothings happens ( I simple cant locate my html files) . I have also tried to do the same with dreamweaver and with the same disappointing result. My question to you guys is where do I locate the html files and how do I make changes to them ? I have also managed to download the entire site to view look but to no avail.
Please help me out,!

Mgento-Loading a massaction grid with ajax

I created a custom grid (based on catalog_product_grid). This grid is loaded by an Ajax call like so many other grids in the backend.
And when i load the grid without massAction functionality there is no problem. But as soon as i enable massAction a lot of funky stuff starts happening (javascript errors, duplicate grids).
I couldn’t find an example of a massAction grid loaded by an Ajax call. And i wonder if this is possible at all?

I have a little problem with adding a discount to an order. Before I should tell you more about the requirements.
Every customer can add several products to his cart. In each category are same types of products. So now if you add one product it costs you the normal price (lets say 20 dollars). So the customer can add then different other products from the same category and the requirement is now, that it wont higher the price until you have four products of the same category in the cart.
