I have checked all code, and compared all CSS. I cannot for the life of me see why our h1 tag isnt indented properly.

Any suggestions ( we have refreshed cache etc. )

Demo site

Is it because we have changed SEF-URL identifier, in CMS > Pages > About Us

If you look at the line that says: About Signify ™ T-shirt | Sign | Design | Print | Marketing & Promotions You will see alignment isnt correct.
But styles.css is exactly the same as the demo site.

Any help appreciated.

Having trouble getting configuration working.

My setup:
My client has a large overall store he wants created, domainA.com. this will list out all products in existing in magento installation. under domainA.com, there are 11 other small stores each containing its own subset of products and EACH using it’s own domain for point of entry, seamlessly to the end user (no domain fwd’ing, no domain masking).

So under
domainA.com you would find:
-domainB.com
-domainC.com
-domainD.com
and so on.

I want the user to be able to hit domainA.com and see all the subset of stores under neath and then they can drill down from there, or if the user is given a certain domain like domainB.com it will only show those products as it’s own store entity.

What I have done so far:

-I went to catalog > manage categories and created sub categories under the single domainA.com category and called them domainB.com domainC.com, set them to active and set to ‘is anchor’ = yes’.

-then i went to system > manage stores > setup only 1 website and all of the stores separate under that 1 website and created a store view for each store as well.

-i goto system > configuration and select each store view in the ‘Current Configuration Scope’ drop down menu and go to config menu > web, I uncheck ‘Use website’ and place the correct url to be routed to that corresponding store. both for secured and unsecured.

-making sure all dns has propagated I have confirmed that all A records are pointed correctly to the dedicated ip of the hosting account on my vps.

result thus far:
using domainA.com brings me to the main page where i see all stores (folder labeled by store’s domain) listed in the menu bar, going to any single store keeps the url domainA.com/url-key. if i try to go directly to a specific domain (ie domainC.com) it brings up all content for domainA.com. it works as if i were typing in the dedicated ip for the hosting no matter which url i enter. doesn’t route the domain to that categories listings.

I’m quite new to Magento and I tried to search alot on this topic, but I didn’t find anything that helped me:

Is there a feature in magento to print all ‘new’ invoices?

Example:
12 customers buy anything. I have to print 12 invoices.
Of course I could go through the Sales | Invoices menu and select these 12 orders and then “PFD Invoices” (Sorry if these menus are misspelled – my magento is not english).

What I need:
Just 1 or 2 buttons saying:
“New Orders – Print Invoices”
“New Orders – Print Packing Slips”

Is there a feature or an easy way to add this to Magento?

i’m joomla user, now i find that magento is even easier for my online store and wish to drop my joomla.

Im building my first online shop selling shoes (and some clothing). I would like the users to be able to filter products by sub-categories. For example; Size, Colour, Price, and Brand etc, as shown in this image: http://i26.tinypic.com/zl9rpe.jpg

I need to hide price and add to cart button all the time, but only for certain product categories. I am aware of being able to do this for customers who are not logged in but that will not work for my needs.

Some background info that may help.

We sell Guitars/instruments and also list Artists ( as products) who use those guitars separately who obviously are not for sale. We do this with the artists so we can use the upsell, related items etc to cross market the artist to the actual products for sell. In addition we use the tabs on the product page to post video, related news, customer comments etc about those artists.

So basically I need to hide all of the pricing and add to cart for the artist categories of our site but need to make sure all other products pricing and add to cart is visible to the general public any help is appreciated

What terms is the “Designer’s Guide to Magento” licensed under? Can the community make derivative versions of it (e.g., print-optimized versions or translations), or is that prohibited?
